APA Hotel Toyama-Ekimae Minami

This hotel is very conveniently located, a short 200 metre walk from the train station. There is a well stocked Albi nearby. We could do the alpine route very easily as the Dentetsu station is also very close. From our room window we could see the snow peaked mountains and lovely sunrise. The room is a little tight but well equipped and we had a comfortable stay. It was an easy train ride to Tokyo on the Shinkansen. All in all well recommended. If you’ve stayed in a APA before you just know the level of comfort you are getting. I sadly left something behind on our trip in Sapporo the staff helped me arrange for this to be sent to our next hotel and in true Japanese’s style it turned up as planned. Thank you again to the trainees on the desk who helped with this. Close to the train station 🚉 we also had a great view of the mountains.

Amazing location(literally 5mins walk from Toyama station with me dragging my luggage and backpack), staff were friendly(albeit not very well versed in English) and the room has everything you need and then some. There's 2 different convenience stores both 2mins walk away and a variety of dining options too. Walking distance(give or take 20mins) to some of the popular attractions too.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of fresh dishes both Japanese and Western. The restaurant staff was also very nice and polite. The hotel location is very good, close from the Toyama station and touristic places. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Toyama.

Rather comfortable hotel, in the line of other Japanese hotels for business travel. The position close to the railway station makes all activities very easy starting from here. There is an overwhelming choice of restaurants within 500m. If one has one hour spare time, the Toyama castle is also at walking distance.

Located very close to the station. I only stayed for 1 night, arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Room was comfortable and service was very good. All my expectations were met, and the price was also good.

Hotel situated close to Toyama station, with restaurant available in the hall. The room is small, as it is usual with Japanese hotels, but it has all it needs for the stay.

Convenient location very near the jr station. Lots of food options. Small (as.expected) but clean and comfy. Loved the flat pillow which was also for sale...didnt know a flat pillow can be just right!
